Job Title: Business Development Director – AI Consulting

What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring an experienced Business Development Director to grow our AI consulting services. You’ll connect with senior executives, build strong relationships, and close deals that bring our expertise to new clients. If you’re skilled at sales, enjoy working with businesses, and are excited about AI’s potential, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Find New Clients: Identify and pursue opportunities to sell our AI consulting services to mid-size companies.
- Engage Executives: Build trust with C-suite leaders (CEOs, CIOs, etc.), showing how our AI solutions can meet their business goals.
- Drive Sales: Develop and close deals to meet revenue targets, managing the full sales process from lead to contract.
- Understand Needs: Listen to clients’ challenges and propose tailored AI solutions that align with their objectives.
- Track Progress: Use CRM tools (like HubSpot) to manage your pipeline and keep deals on track.
- Collaborate: Partner with our consulting and technical teams to ensure clients get the solutions they need.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with AI trends and industry insights to position our services effectively.
- Represent Us: Share Gullview’s mission and expertise at client meetings, events, or industry gatherings.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales, preferably in consulting, technology, or AI, with a history of closing significant deals.
- Executive Skills: Comfortable engaging senior leaders and explaining AI’s business value clearly.
- Sales Expertise: Strong ability to find leads, pitch solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle.
- AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI applications in business, enough to hold confident discussions with clients.
- Communication: Clear and persuasive in both written and verbal communication, with solid negotiation skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA is a plus but not required.
- Tech Skills: Experience with CRM software and standard office tools.
- Qualities: Motivated, strategic, and a team player who’s passionate about client success.
